Shipping

Our goods are handmade, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be fulfilled. All merchandise is shipped via USPS. In an effort to spread sunshine to every corner of the country, and because no one likes to pay for shipping, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all handmade goods shipped within the continental U.S. That's pretty awesome. . .isn't it?

If you just can't wait for your bink & boo goods and need your order like tomorrow (I am a total valley girl) or the next day, please contact us with your request before ordering - usually in these cases we need to charge for shipping. Thanks for understanding.

Other Common Questions:

My favorite bink & booTM item is sold out. When will you get more?
Unfortunately never. Each of our items are limited editions. Remember our hunt and gather method (read about us)? Well, it's not the most streamlined process, but is sure is fun (that's why we do this). So when you see something you like, add it to your cart and be sure to checkout!

Do I have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase?
Oh heavens no, BUT all online transactions are handled via PayPal, which is a secure and trusted company. You do NOT need to have an existing account with PayPal nor do you need to sign up for one when purchasing from bink & booTM. You only need a valid credit card (Visa, Master Card, Amex, or Discover). We chose PayPal because it's safe, secure and trusted, for you and we (wink).

Do you have a return policy?
Of course we do! bink and booTM want you to be happy with your purchase, but for some reason if you are not please contact us immediately. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from purchase date and must be returned in original packaging, in saleable condition, and accompanied by a return authorization issued by bink & booTM. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. We do not process merchandise returns purchased through an independent retailer.

Please remember that our merchandise is individually handcrafted and items may vary slightly, and sizing is approximate.

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes we do, that's how we got started! Just shoot us an email about your request, please include your phone number, and we will call you to see what we can do.

What do you mean by "repurposed" fabrics?
Well many times as we stroll the isles of our favorite thrift stores we spot skirts, shirts, dresses and other such wears that we love. Many of our goods are made from vintage tea towels, vintage dresses, duvet covers, scarves and.... You get the idea.

This type of wardrobe recycling is one of many small contributions we make to reducing our carbon footprint, supporting the "little guy," and shopping local.

Who is bink, and who is boo?

Hi, I am bink (a.k.a mom)! Bink, short for binky boo, was a nick name that my grandpa Bud Jackson gave me as a little girl. It has stuck with me all these years, and I love it.

Boo is really two people, my husband (the accountant) and our son Bronson (my muse). Let me see if I can explain this without losing, or rather confusing you. "Boo" is my term of affection for my husband and vice-versa. When I got pregnant we decided not to find out the sex of our baby, so affectionately we referred to the little one in the womb as "baby boo." On December 28th 2008 baby boo made his appearance, and bink & boo was born.
